Where is the data stored?
With Hetzner in data centres in Germany. The data processing agreement is public at alpheris.com/en/dpa.
Which AI does Alpheris use?
Anthropic Claude as the main model, OpenAI as fallback and Mistral AI (France) for embeddings. Your data is not used for training.
Which stores is Alpheris for?
For online stores, mainly on Shopify or WooCommerce. On Shopify you get order status, stock and cart links right in the chat.
Can Alpheris make phone calls?
No. Alpheris answers website chat, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. Alpheris does not offer phone, voice AI or SMS.
