Gorgias pricing 2026. Tickets, AI and what ends up on the bill.
Gorgias charges by ticket: from $10 per month for 50 tickets (Starter), $60 for 300 (Basic), $360 for 2,000 (Pro) and $900 for 5,000 (Advanced). Each additional ticket costs $0.36 to $0.40, the AI $1.00 per automated interaction.

What the AI costs. On top of the ticket.
The AI agent costs $1.00 per automated interaction, $0.90 on a yearly contract. Above the quota the pricing page lists $1.50 per interaction.
The pricing page lists AI interactions included per plan: 30 on Starter and Basic, 190 on Pro, 530 on Advanced.
According to the Gorgias documentation (as of September 2026), a ticket becomes billable as soon as the AI agent replies. If it resolves the ticket on its own, the AI fee is added.

How it is calculated: cheapest plan plus additional tickets plus AI interactions × $1.00. Example with 400 tickets: Basic $60 + 100 × $0.40 + 150 × $1.00 = $250. The AI interactions included in the plan are not deducted because the pricing page does not say how they are offset; the amounts are therefore the upper limit.

With Alpheris the AI is included in the plan and there is no price per ticket: Basic costs €29 per month with 100 AI conversations, Business €79 with 300 AI conversations and 15 users.
Gorgias is the better fit if you have an established helpdesk team and want to trigger refunds or cancellations directly from the ticket.
What does Gorgias cost per month?
