A mail autopilot that only sends what it can back up
The mail agent answers support emails from your website, your knowledge base and real Shopify data. Switch on the autopilot and it sends on its own — but only once a reply passes more than 20 checks. Everything else becomes a draft for your team.
Feeling sure isn't enough — it has to prove it
Before the autopilot sends on its own, a reply must pass more than 20 checks: every statement backed, every question answered, independent verifiers in agreement, order questions only with live Shopify data.
If a single check fails, nothing goes out. A draft is waiting for your team instead — with the reason.
Every sentence has a source
The agent only answers from your knowledge: your website, your knowledge base and, with Shopify connected, real order and product data. For every draft you can see where each statement comes from.

You set the pace — per mailbox
The agent doesn't take over in one go. It reads along, then it suggests. You switch on the autopilot per mailbox when you're ready — and off again whenever you like.
It learns in the background from your solved tickets.
Sends nothingReady, verified drafts. You skim and send.
You send with one clickIt sends on its own — only what passes every check.
Switched on per mailboxIt learns from your tickets — pseudonymised
Every ticket your team closes makes it better. Beforehand, names, email addresses, IBANs and phone numbers are removed automatically.
What it learns stays with you and isn't shared with anyone else.
Autopilot in three steps
No setup call, no code.
- 01Connect your mailbox
Outlook or Microsoft 365, or any mailbox via IMAP — straight into the team inbox.
- 02Start with suggestions
Alpheris reads your website, uses your knowledge base and prepares verified drafts.
- 03Switch on the autopilot
Per mailbox, when you're ready. From then on, whatever passes every check goes out on its own.
What you should know about the autopilot
What does the autopilot check before sending?
More than 20 points. Among them: every statement has a source, every question is answered, independent verifiers agree, order questions only with live Shopify data, no promises, no placeholders — and exactly the verified text is sent. If one check fails, it becomes a draft.
What never goes out automatically?
Complaints and sensitive requests, emails that attack the AI, and replies containing promises. If the AI is down, nothing is sent until it's back.
Does it send on its own right away?
Only if you switch on the autopilot for a mailbox. Until then it reads along or suggests, and you send.
Does it reply to out-of-office notices or newsletters?
No. It filters out automated emails and advertising — so there is no email ping-pong. And every email is answered exactly once.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. There is a DPA and documented subprocessors, and learning only happens on pseudonymised content.
Switch on the autopilot when you're ready
Connect, start with verified suggestions — and let it send on its own whatever it can back up.
