Tidio pricing 2026. What Tidio with AI really costs.
Tidio has a free plan. Paid, Tidio costs from $29 per month (Starter, 100 conversations) or from $59 (Growth, 250 conversations and up). The AI Lyro costs extra, from $39 for 50 AI conversations. Paying yearly gives you two months free.

Removing Tidio branding: $20 per month (yearly $16.67), from Growth. On the Free and Starter plans the branding stays.

Is Tidio free?
Yes, there is a free plan with 50 conversations per month, 10 seats and a one-time 50 Lyro AI conversations. The Tidio branding cannot be removed on the free plan.

How many agents can I add on Tidio?
Free, Starter and Growth each have 10 seats. More seats are only available on Plus and Premium.
Is Tidio available in German?
The Tidio website is not available in German (as of 21 Oct 2026). Alpheris is a German alternative with servers in Germany; the differences are on alpheris.com/en/comparison/tidio.
