Zendesk pricing 2026. What Zendesk really costs per month.
Zendesk costs €19 to €115 per agent and month when paid yearly, €25 to €149 paid monthly. On top comes the AI: each agent includes 5 to 10 automated resolutions per month, each additional one costs €1.50 or €2.00.

What the AI costs. Per resolution, not in the fixed price.
Zendesk bills AI agents per automated resolution. Each agent includes 5 resolutions per month (Support Team and Suite Team) or 10 (Suite Professional).
Each additional resolution costs €1.50 if you prepay a fixed volume, or €2.00 usage-based.
Copilot, the AI assistant for your agents, costs an extra €50 per agent and month (paid yearly).

How it is calculated: agents × €55 plus (AI resolutions − 5 per agent) × €1.50. Example with 5 agents: €275 + 275 × €1.50 = €687.50. Without Copilot and excl. VAT.

Alpheris does not charge per agent. Business costs €79 per month with 15 users and 300 AI conversations, Basic €29 with 3 users and 100 AI conversations.
In the example with 5 agents and 300 requests, that would be €79 instead of €687.50. The units differ: Zendesk charges for automatically resolved requests, Alpheris for every conversation in which the AI answers.
Zendesk can do more if you need many departments, telephony and deep enterprise workflows. For stores that want chat, email and AI from one source, Alpheris is the leaner choice.
